Nasya
A gentle nasal therapy using warmed herbal oils to clear the sinuses and calm the mind. Especially soothing for headaches, congestion, and mental fog, while supporting easier breathing and deeper rest. Often used as a gentle entry point into a Panchakarma program, alongside the other therapies.
Vamana
A supervised cleansing therapy that clears congestion and heaviness from the upper body. Traditionally used to relieve seasonal sluggishness and leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and more balanced. Administered only under close practitioner guidance as part of a full program.
Virechana
A guided, herbally-supported cleanse that clears excess heat and impurities from the digestive system. Many clients notice improved digestion, clearer skin, and renewed energy in the days that follow. Widely considered the cornerstone therapy of a classical Panchakarma program.
Basti
Herbal-oil enemas that nourish and detoxify the colon, which Ayurveda considers central to whole-body health. Especially supportive for joint comfort, digestive regularity, and easing stress the body holds onto. Often used as the anchor therapy in longer, multi-day programs.

Panchakarma FAQ
What is Panchakarma? — Panchakarma is Ayurveda's signature detox and reset program: five classical therapies working together over several days to clear out what's built up and restore balance. It's a guided, supervised experience tailored to you by our practitioners, not a fad cleanse.
How long does it take? — We offer 3-day introductory, 7-day standard, and 14-day deep-reset programs. Your practitioner recommends the right length after a consultation based on your goals and schedule.
Is it a detox diet? — No. Panchakarma is a full-body therapeutic program, not a juice cleanse. It combines herbal treatments, bodywork, and nasal and digestive therapies with supportive nutrition designed by your practitioner, not restrictive dieting.
Do I need to stay overnight? — Our programs are day-visit based. You come in for each day's treatments and return home each evening, with simple guidance on rest and diet in between.
What should I expect afterward? — Most guests report better sleep, clearer digestion, reduced stress, and lasting energy. Your practitioner also gives you simple at-home practices to help the benefits last.
