About the event
Ayurveda Day 2026 arrives on Wednesday, September 23, and this year Ayurway is hosting an observance of it on our own grounds in Sunol.
Now in its eleventh year, Ayurveda Day is marked worldwide on one shared date, under an official 2026 theme of Ayurveda for a Healthier Tomorrow, with a sub theme that goes further: Ayurveda for every one on every day. For one day, a stretch of land on Kilkare Road sits inside the same date that centres across the globe are marking together.
The day holds esteemed guest speakers, yoga and meditation sessions, local vendors, and mini therapy sessions with Veda Pulse readings. Two tracks run in parallel, from 9:00 in the morning to just after 3:00 in the afternoon, with a lunch break in the middle, and the arc runs prevention first, then balance, then longevity, then transformation.
